Conference Program

Oral Presentations

Preliminary program coming soon!

If you are presenting a talk (oral presentation), please prepare your presentation slides in a .pptx or .pdf format. We will provide a link to a Google Drive folder where you can upload the slides shortly before the meeting itself.

The talk itself should take 12-15 minutes. After each talk, 5 minutes is allowed for Q&A. Please keep to these times to ensure a smooth meeting for everyone.

Students (BA, MA or PhD) will be eligible for a Best Student Presentation (Talk) Award.

Poster presentations

If you are presenting a poster, please bring your poster in a physical format. We will also provide a link to a Google Drive folder where you can upload a digital copy (best PDF) shortly ahead of the meeting.

Your poster should not be larger than a standard A0 format (841 x 1188 mm). The orientation (portrait or landscape) will be communicated closer to the meeting (also via e-mail).

Students (BA, MA or PhD) will be eligible for a Best Student Presentation (Poster) Award.

What to do in Reykjavik

Sigrún helpfully put together this Local’s Guide to Reykjavik. Please have a look at it if you are staying for a couple of days extra and are looking for ideas!

Additionally, Sigrún will organize a Golden Circle tour on Saturday, 12th of July. If you are interested, there is still time to contact her at sigruns21@ru.is
